Bin Laden's Son Speaks Put

Omar bin Laden, Osama bin Laden's fourth eldest, has spoken about what has happened to his father. He says that President Obama should be held legally responsible for what has happened and the fact that Osama was buried at sea was humiliating to their family. Being buried at sea goes against their religion. The son also wants to take legal action against the United States. Omar has said "We hold the American President (Barack) Obama legally responsible to clarify the fate of our father, Osama bin Laden, for it is unacceptable, humanely and religiously, to dispose of a person with such importance and status among his people, by throwing his body into the sea in that way, which demeans and humiliates his family and his supporters and which challenges religious provisions and feelings of hundreds of millions of Muslims."

Reflection

I was not a big fan of our class discussion today. It was probably because since I wasn't here for the past two days, I didn't feel prepared as much as I normally do but today just wasn't my discussion today. I feel like immigration is a tough topic to discuss. Someone always has something to say and someone always takes it the wrong was. For example, I really didn't like that that one Eric kept questioning Peter so rudely. I took that in a way that he probably didn't mean to come off as. I liked that people had more statistics and more people researched the topic before they talked. I'm looking forward to what our next topic will be.
